Tips & Tricks (5)
- Balsamic Glaze Magic 🍯Reduce balsamic vinegar before drizzling to create a thicker, more concentrated glaze that clings beautifully to the chicken.
- Moisture-Locking Technique 💦Butterfly the chicken breasts to ensure even cooking and prevent dry edges, creating a more uniform and juicy result.
- Tomato Burst Perfection 🍅Position cherry tomatoes around the chicken, not underneath, to allow them to caramelize and burst without becoming soggy.
- Herb Layer Strategy 🌿Layer dried herbs directly on the chicken before cooking, and sprinkle fresh basil leaves just before serving for multi-dimensional flavor.
- Cheese Melting Mastery 🧀Add fresh mozzarella in the last 3-4 minutes of cooking to achieve perfect melting without overcooking or burning.
