Tips & Tricks (5)
- Jam Glaze Magic 🍯Brush the peach jam and BBQ sauce mixture in layers during the last 10 minutes of baking to create a caramelized, sticky coating without burning.
- Cayenne Heat Control 🌶️Adjust cayenne pepper quantity based on desired spice level - start with 1/4 teaspoon for mild heat and increase gradually for more intensity.
- Even Chicken Cooking 🍗Use chicken thighs of similar size and thickness to ensure uniform cooking, and consider pounding thicker pieces to create an even surface.
- Non-Stick Spray Pro Tip 🥣Hold the cooking spray 6-8 inches away from the baking dish and apply in a light, even mist to prevent pooling and ensure proper coverage.
- Flavor Marinade Hack 🔪For deeper flavor, marinate chicken thighs in a mixture of BBQ sauce and peach jam for 2-4 hours before cooking to enhance taste penetration.
