Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

In a large pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.

Add diced onion to the bacon fat and cook until translucent. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté until garlic is fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and stir.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, spinach, and chopped bacon. Mix until well combined and cheese is melted.

Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Toss until sauce is creamy and coats the pasta.
