This Creamy Sausage Pasta with Burrata is pure indulgence on a plate. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Cook until fragrant.

Add Italian sausage and break it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried basil. Cook until browned.

Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Then add remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
